Hyperion Materials and Technologies wanted to educate their global workforce about their recent acquisition, both to smooth the transition and generate excitement.
To establish Hyperion's goals as a company and for its employees, Osmosis produced an overview film anchored in an interview with the company CEO. A series of employee spotlights were released accompanying the film to showcase voices from their diverse, international employee base. These spotlights convey employees' authentic experiences and demonstrate first hand why Hyperion is a special place to work.
The films were translated into five languages and released to Hyperion's global workforce, and are now hosted on the company's social media and YouTube channels.
